Práca sa zaoberá textovým druhom kúpna zmluva, podskupina kúpa domu, z Olomouckej mestskej kancelárie za obdobie rokov 1511 - 1595, a pozostáva z dvoch väčších častí. V prvej, teoretickej časti, budú vysvetlené základné pojmy textovej lingvistiky, ako makro- a mikroštruktúra textu a stručne bude predstavený historický vývin Olomouca a jeho kancelárie v 16. storočí, ako aj doterajší výskum rane novohornonemeckých textov z mestských kancelári. Druhá, praktická časť, je venovaná rozboru 91 kúpnych zmlúv s cieľom zistiť zmeny v ich makro- a mikroštruktúre.The thesis deals with the study of historical development of the text type House-purchase-agreement from Olomouc agency from years 1511 - 1595. It consists of two parts: the theoretical part explains the basic textlinguistic terminology, and gives a brief account of the history of Olomouc in the 16th century. It also presents the research done in Early New High German texts so far. The practical part is dedicated to an analysis of 91 purchase agreements with the aim to reveal differences in their macro- and microstructure
