Tato diplomová práce se týká práv a povinností akcionářů. Práce je doplněna o judikaturu z této oblasti. Cílem práce je uvést nejdůležitější práva a povinnosti akcionářů a nalézt odpověď na otázku, proč neexistuje jednotná právní úprava práv a povinností akcionářů. Součástí je i komparace s evropskou společností.This dissertation applies to shareholder´s rights and duties. This thesis is appended of commercially-law judicature in this sphere. The object of this dissertation is to quote the most important shareholder´s rights and duties and to find the answer of the question why it does not exist uniformed legal regulation of shareholder´s rights and duties. The part of this thesis is comparison with europaen company, too.
