Cílem předkládané práce je objasnit roli spolků v životě české menšiny v letech 1908-1938. Cílem je vystihnout důležitou roli spolků v národnostně smíšeném městě Šternberk. Velká pozornost je věnována činnosti jednotlivých spolků, struktuře a organizaci. Značná pozornost je také věnována českým učitelům a jejich působení v jednotlivých spolcích, protože zde byli vedoucími pracovníky.The aim of this work is to clarify the role of associations in the life of Czech minority in the years 1908-1938. The aim is to capture the important role of associations in ethnically mixed city Šternberk. Great attention is paid to the activities of associations, structure and organisation. Considerable attention is also devoted to Czech teachers and their work in differentsocieties, because there were leaders.
