Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců se zaměřením na jednotlivé činnosti v řízení lidských zdrojů. Cílem práce je popis motivace univerzálních telefonních bankéřů v call centru, deskripce účinných motivačních metod a návrhy na možná zlepšení v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců. V úvodu vymezíme teoretická východiska motivace, budeme se zabývat vztahem mezi motivací a potřebami. V další části se již budeme věnovat konkrétním motivačním prostředkům, které jsou využívány při práci s telefonními bankéři. Vysvětlíme a zhodnotíme jejich provázanost s teoriemi motivace a uvedeme možnosti pro jejich optimalizaci.Bachelor's thesis deals with motivation of employees focus on single activities in human resources management. The aim of the work is description of motivation of universal telephone bankers in the call centre, description of effective motivation methods and proposals for improvements in area of motivation employees. In introduction we will specify theoretic fundaments, we will deal with relation between motivation and needs. In the next part we will pay attention to particular motivation resources, which are used in work with telephone bankers. We will explain and evaluate their cohesion with theories of motivation and bring in possibilities for their optimalization.
