Cílem diplomové práce na téma Skupinové poradenství je poskytnout základní charakteristiku skupinového poradenského programu Job club; jeho začlenění do systému poradenských služeb úřadů práce na synchronní ose včetně způsobu evaluace účinnosti programu. První (uvozující) část práce je teoretickým a terminologickým ukotvením problematiky dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti, poradenských služeb úřadů práce v naší republice, včetně obecné charakteristiky programu Job club. Druhá část (aplikační, kapitola 4) - tvorba projektu programu Job club. Jedná se o inovaci specifického typu skupinového informačního a především aktivizačního poradenského programu pro dlouhodobě nezaměstnané s možností aplikace do běžné praxe poradenských pracovníků úřadů práce.The goal the Diploma Paper on the topic of Group Counsellig is to provide a general characteristic of the Group Counselling programme Job club; incorporating in the system of consultancy services of Labour Offices at the synchronous axis, including the method of evaluating the efficiency of the program. The first section of the Paper outlines the theoretic and terminological anchoring of the issue of long time unemployment, and the consultancy services of Labour Offices in our country, including the general characteristic of the programme Job Club. The second section (Chapter no. 4) describes the creation of the project - the Job Club programme. This lies in an innovation of a specific type of the group information and, particularly, activation counselling programme intended for the long term unemployed, with the possibility of applying it in Labour Offices consultants' routine practice.
