Práce je věnována fenoménu poradenství a krizové intervence na internetu. Práce má 2 hlavní cíle. Prvním cílem je analyzovat subjekty, které poskytují poradenství a krizovou intervenci v prostředí českého internetu, podle vymezených kategorií. Druhým cílem je srovnat poradenství a krizovou intervenci "face to face`` a poradenství a krizovou intervenci na internetu. Vzhledem k novosti tématu a něj vyplývající absence tématicky vázané literatury, je práce pouze první orientací v dané problematice.My work is devoted to the study of consultancy and crisis intervention on the internet. Two fundamental aims are contained in this work. The first of them is analysis of subjects which serve consultancy and crisis intervention on the czech internet according specifield categories. The second aim of this work is comparsion of consultancy and crisis intervention "face to face" and consultancy and crisis intervention on the internet. Because the problem of this study is new and the literature in this field is not rich, is this work only basic orientation in this field.
