Disertační práce se zaobírá problematikou cyklické únavy recipročních endodontických nástrojů. Jedná se o aktuální problematiku, kdy se pomocí syntézy současných studií snaží odborná veřejnost o zavedení určité formy standardizace. Je rozdělena do několika kapitol, kdy se nejdříve v teoretické části seznamujeme se základními historickými daty v souvislosti s endodontickými nástroji, slitinami využívané k jejich výrobě, typy komplikací v souvislosti s jejich užíváním a popis cyklické únavy ve spojitosti s endodontickými nástroji. Praktická část je věnována zkoumání vlivu rozdílných teplot na únavové vlastnosti nástrojů, analýze drsnosti jejich povrchů, obsahu a tvarům průřezů.The dissertation deals with the issue of cyclic fatigue of reciprocal endodontic instruments. This is a current topic where, with the help of a synthesis of current studies, the scientific community is trying to introduce a certain form of standardization. It is divided into several chapters, where first in the theoretical part we get to know basic historical data in connection with endodontic instruments, alloys used for their production, types of complications in connection with their use and a description of cyclic fatigue in connection with endodontic instruments. The practical part is devoted to the investigation of the influence of different temperatures on the fatigue properties of instruments, the analysis of their surface roughness, cross-sectional area and shapes.
