Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na Čechy, Rusy a Brity z hlediska interkulturní komunikace. Teoretická část analyzuje teorii mezikulturní komunikace, a to historii, vývoj a modely kulturních dimenzí a standardů. Praktická část se zabývá specifikací interkulturní komunikace, aplikací dimenzí a standardů na Čechy, Rusy a Brity. Další kapitola obsahuje doporučení pro obchodní jednání s představiteli daných zemí. Součástí práce je také dotazníkový průzkum pohledu Čechů a Britů na Rusy a Rusko. Přílohy diplomové práce zahrnují vzory dotazníků, výsledky průzkumu a glosář výrazů z oblasti mezikulturní komunikace.This diploma thesis focuses on the Czechs, Russians and Britons in terms of intercultural communication. The theoretical part analyses the theory of intercultural communication, namely history, development and models of cultural dimensions and standards. The practical part deals with the specification of the intercultural communication, application of dimensions and standards on Czechs, Russians, and Britons. The next chapter contains the recommendations for business negotiations with the representatives of the researched countries. Moreover, the thesis includes a questionnaire of the Czech and British view of Russians and Russia. The questionnaire templates, results of the survey and a glossary of terms in the field of intercultural communication are attached to the thesis.
