Cílem této práce je dosáhnout syntézy hry a andragogiky. Poukazuje na možnosti hry a jejich využití v rámci akčního pole andragogiky. Práce je členěna na tři části. První část práce je zaměřena na hru. Na její definice, znaky, funkce, klasifikace a také na pohled několika věd na hru. Také je v ní zahrnuta motivace hrou a při hře a následně koncepty, které se hry týkají. Druhá část je pak věnována andragogice, konkrétněji integrální andragogice a jejímu akčnímu poli. Dále popisuje andragogickou intervenci a její činitele. Poslední část se zabývá syntézou hry a andragogiky. Celá syntéza probíhá v akčním poli andragogiky a zabývá se polem působnosti hry.The aim of this work is to achieve a synthesis of games and Adult Education. Highlights the possibilities of the game and their use in the field of adult education action. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the game. On its definition, features, functions, classification, and also to look at a few of sciences of the game. Also included in motivation by game and motivation during the game, then concepts that relate to the game.
