Práce se zabývá obchodními dohodami uzavřenými mezi Evropskou unií (EU) a zeměmi Afriky, Karibiku a Pacifiku (ACP). Popisuje historický vývoj obchodního partnerství mezi zeměmi ACP a EU a identifikuje jeho pozitivní a negativní vlivy na rozvoj zemí ACP. Přibližuje současnou možnost alternativního obchodního vstupu na trh EU pro země ACP prostřednictvím Všeobecného systému preferencí, zabývá se jeho vývojem a popisuje jeho proměnu v průběhu času. Nejdůležitější částí je kapitola, která se věnuje samotným Dohodám o ekonomickém partnerství. Nejprve se tato část práce zaměří na historii vývoje a motivy vzniku Dohod o ekonomickém partnerství a vyzdvihne slabé body ve vyjednávací procesu. Následují analýzy každé ze sedmi uzavřených obchodních dohod a je zde popsán proces vyjednávání z pohledu buď jednotlivých zemí ACP, nebo utvořených regionálních celků. Poslední část práce zkoumá konkrétní dopady Dohod o ekonomickém partnerství na země ACP. Analyzuje jednotlivé ekonomické, politické a sociální dopady dohod a přináší také přehled možných alternativ v přístupu k obchodování zemí ACP s EU.This master thesis addresses the trade agreements concluded between European Union (EU) and the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group of States. It describes the historical development of trade partnership between the ACP countries and the EU. The thesis identifies its positive and negative effects on the ACP countries. It deals closer with current possibilities of alternative trade access of ACP countries to the European market through Generalized System of Preferences. It discusses its development and describes its changes over time. The most important part dedicates itself Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs). This part deals with the history, current state of play and analyzes its impact to the ACP countries. Initially the thesis focuses on the history and motives of origin of EPAs and also highlights the weak moments of negotiating. The following part consists of analysis of each of seven economic agreements. The last part deals with the specific impacts of EPAs on ACP countries. It analyzes the economic, political and social implications of agreements and provides an overview of possible alternatives to ACP countries trading with the EU.
