Diplomová práce se zabývá poskytováním komplexní péče klientům s diagnózou dětská mozková obrna. V teoretické části diplomové je definována diagnóza DMO včetně charakteristiky jednotlivých forem tohoto postižení. Je zde popsána diagnostika DMO, možnosti léčby a ucelené rehabilitace včetně výchovy a možností vzdělávání těchto jedinců. V praktické části diplomové práce je realizován kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na komplexní péči o děti s diagnózou DMO různého věku u náhodně vybraných pečujících osob v Olomouckém, Pardubickém a Středočeském kraji.My thesis writes on the providing of the comprehesive care to the children suffering from celebral palsy. The theoretical part defines cerebral palsy, including its particular forms. It describes the ways of the diagnostics, the ways of both the possible medicamentous or surgical treatment and the comprehensive remedial treatment, and the ways of education of the handicapped. The second part of my thesis interprets the qualitative research based on the random screens of the people providing the comprehesive care to the children of a different age who are suffering from cerebral palsy. The sample comes from the Olomouc, Pardubice and Central Bohemian regions.
