Cílem výzkumné části MgrDP je zjištění, zda existuje rozdíl ve strategiích zvládání zátěžových situací a nezdolnosti mezi pěstouny a pěstounkami, včetně rozdílu dle typu vztahu pěstounů k dítěti. Dalším cílem je zjištění vzájemné těsnosti vztahů škál v rámci aplikovaných diagnostických nástrojů - SVF 78, SOC 29 a PVS 50. Praktická část je koncipována na základě kvantitativního metodologického přístupu a založena na neexperimentálním výzkumném plánu (orientační výzkum, korelační a srovnávací studie). Data byla shromažďována pomocí baterie dotazníků SVF 78, SOC 29 a PVS 50. Hypotézy byly formulovány na zjišťování míry rozdílnosti mezi jednotlivými proměnnými. Cílovou populací výzkumu jsou pěstouni s trvalým pobytem ve správním obvodu Plzeňského kraje. N = 729 pěstounů (cílová populace). Na výzkumu se podílelo 125 probandů (40 mužů a 85 žen = 17,2% z N).The aim of the research of the master diploma work is to determine if there is a difference in coping strategies and resilience between foster fathers and foster mothers, including the difference according to the type of relationship between fosters and a child. Another aim is to determine the mutual relation´s tightness in scales of applied diagnostic tools. The study is based on the quantitative methodological approach and is based on nonexperimental research plan (orientational research, correlation and comparative studies). The data were collected by using questionnaires SVF 78, SOC 29 and PVS 50 supported by the necessary anamnestic data. Hypotheses were formulated on the descriptive outputs and on the tightness rate detection of relationships between variables. The target population for research are foster parents of the Pilsen region. The target population is 729 foster parents. The research involved a total of 125 respondents (40 men and 85 women = 17,2% from N).
