Cieľom Diplomovej práce je zmapovať odlišné skupiny lesbických žien v rámci komunity a samotný vzťah lesbických žien ku komunite a menšine. Ďalej sme sa zameriavali na príležitosť prvého stretnutia s lesbickou komunitou, mapovanie coming outu, navštevovanie LGBT udalostí, vzťahy s lesbickými ženami v súčasnosti a potrebou vyhľadávať spoločnosť lesbických žien. Výskum bol prevedený kvalitatívnou metódou za použitia pološtrukturovaných rozhovorov s 11 českými a 1 slovenskou ženou. Analýzou dát sme odkryli vzťah lesbických žien k pojmu a vnímaniu komunity. Odhalili nám, aké skupiny žien v rámci menšiny vnímajú.The aim of this thesis is to map various groups of lesbian women within the frame of community and the relationship of lesbian women to community and minority itself. It focuses on the first opportunity of encountering the lesbian community, on mapping the coming-out, attending LGBT events, relationships with lesbian women nowadays and on a need of search for lesbian women company. This research has been conducted by qualitative method with the use of semi-structured dialogues/interviews with 11 Czech women and 1 Slovak woman. Through the analysis of collected data we have revealed the relationship of lesbian women to the term and perception of community. It has shown what types of women groups they take notice of within the frame of the minority.
