Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním a hospodařením příspěvkové organizace. První kapitola charakterizuje neziskové organizace a jejich rozdělení. Poté je práce zaměřena na příspěvkové organizace, její zdroje financování a hospodaření s nimi. Třetí kapitola se týká financování školství. V poslední kapitole je provedena analýza financování a hospodaření konkrétní příspěvkové organizace působící ve školství a pak doporučit některé prostředky, které by zlepšily postavení školy v regionu, nebo by mohlo vést ke zlepšení hospodářského výsledku činnosti školy.This bachelor thesis deals with the financing and economical management of the state-funded institutions. The first chapter deals with the non-profit institution and it´s dividing. Later the thesis is focused on the state-funded institutions, it´s financial resources and how they are economical with the recourses. The third chapter deals with the school financing. In the last chapter the method of analysis is used to explore the funding and economical management on the concrete example of the state-funded institution working in the school systém and then to recommend some resources that would improve the school's position in the region and could lead to improved economic result school activities.
