Tato práce se zabývá stresem u manažerů. Cílem práce je zmapování pojmu stres u manažerů, identifikace jejich stěžejních stresorů a určení strategie vyrovnávání se se stresem. Výzkumnou metodou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Stres se stává nedílnou součástí profese manažerů, proto tato práce popisuje stres, stresory, fáze stresu, strategie zvládání stresu a jeho prevenci. Rozhovory s manažery ukazují, jak stres prožívají konkrétní lidé na vysokých pracovních postech a jak na něj reagují. Dále poukazují na situace, které vyvolávají stres a osvětlují nám, jestli se manažeři snaží stresu předcházet.This thesis deals with the problem of manager stress. The aim of the thesis is to focus on manager stress, identification of the main stress factors and defining a strategy to deal with the stress. The research method is a semi-structured interview. Stress becomes an inseparable part of manager profession, that is the reason why the thesis describes stress, stress factors, stress stages, strategies of managing the manager stress and its prevention. The interviews with the managers show the way how people in high professional positions experience stress and what their reactions are. Next they indicate the situations that cause stress and explain if the managers try to prevent stress.
