První kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na činnost speciálně pedagogických center, představení pracovního týmu a přiblížení průběhu poradenské služby. Druhá kapitola je věnována rodině, fázím vyrovnávání se s postižením a vztahům uvnitř rodiny. Empirická část je založena na datech získaných z ohniskových skupin, kdy respondenti popisovali spolupráci s rodinami a faktory, které podle nich spolupráci ovlivňují. Výsledkem je vytvoření kategorií a následně zakotvené teorie.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis deals with the cooperation of special education centers with families of children with autism spectrum disorder and mental disabilities, more specifically dealing with the factors that have influence on such cooperation. The first chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the activities of special education centres, introducing the working team and on presenting the process of counselling services. The second chapter is devoted to the family, the stages of coping with disability and to relationships within the family. The empirical part is based on data obtained from focus groups, where respondents described their cooperation with families and the factors that, in their opinion, influence cooperation. The result is the development of categories and subsequent grounded theory.
