Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou cizinců a jejich začleněním na pracovní trh. Teoretická část shrnuje základní právní předpoklady pro legální začlenění imig-rantů na trh práce. Jsou popsány správné postupy pro regulérní zapojení a dobré osvojení si života majoritní populace. V praktické části práce jsou interpretovány in-formace získané od imigrantů na podkladě výzkumného šetření formou strukturovaného rozhovoru. Cílem bylo zmapovat jejich míru úspěšnosti při integraci na český trh práce, úspěšné zařazení do společnosti, míru kvality ži-vota v imigrační zemi a pomoc nevládních organizací.This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of foreigners and their integration within the labour market. Its theoreti-cal part summarises basic statutory requirements for le-gal inclusion of immigrants within the labour market. It describes proper processes of legal inclusion and acqui-sition of aspect of lifestyle of the majority. Its practical part interprets information obtained from immigrants in researcher-administered interviews. The purpose of this thesis was to determine the level of success in the pro-cess of integration within the Czech labour market, as well as their assimilation, quality of life in their new count-ry and the extent of help provided to them by non-governmental organisations.
