Předložená bakalářská práce analyzuje procesy doprovázející tvorbu podcastů Českého centra Londýn EUNICAST a Women in Focus. Výzkum se zabývá mediální rutinou a profesní agendou současných pracovníků londýnského Českého centra a jimi najatého externího moderátora. Cílem této analýzy je detailně a komplexně popsat proces dramaturgie, produkce a postprodukce vybrané audio tvorby, popsat, čím se jednotlivé rutiny liší, a zamyslet se nad faktory, které mohou ovlivňovat výslednou úspěšnost analyzovaných podcastů u posluchačů. K dosažení výzkumného cíle byla využita kvalitativní výzkumná metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se šesti výše zmíněnými respondenty. Tato bakalářská práce je teoreticky zakotvena v konceptech mediálních rutin, podcastingu a dosavadních studií na podobné téma. Na základě vyjmenovaných byly sestaveny otázky do polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.This bachelor's thesis analyzes the processes involved in the creation of the Czech Centre London's podcasts EUNICAST and Women in Focus. The research focuses on the media routines and professional agendas of the current employees at the Czech Centre London and the external host they have hired for the podcast interview itself. The goal of this analysis is to provide a detailed and comprehensive description of the dramaturgy, production, and postproduction processes of selected audio content, to highlight the differences in these routines, and to reflect on the factors that might have influenced the success of the analyzed podcasts among its listeners. To achieve the research objective, a qualitative research method was used, consisting of semi-structured interviews with six earlier mentioned respondents. This bachelor's thesis is theoretically grounded in concepts of media routines, podcasting, and existing studies on similar topics. The interview questions were formulated based on these concepts.
