Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu připravenosti České republiky na přijetí eura. Od vstupu do Evropské unie v roce 2004 se Česká republika stala součástí hospodářské a měnové unie, což otevřelo cestu k přechodu na společnou měnu. Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na současnou situaci České republiky v souvislosti s přijetím eura, včetně analýzy ekonomických, politických a sociálních faktorů, které tento proces ovlivňují. Práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení ekonomické připravenosti země na základě maastrichtských kritérií a teorie optimálních měnových oblastí, politických postojů k přijetí eura a veřejného mínění.The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the Czech Republic's readiness to adopt the euro. Since joining the European Union in 2004, the Czech Republic became part of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU), which opened the way for the transition to the common currency. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the current situation of the Czech Republic in relation to the adoption of the euro, including an analysis of the economic, political and social factors influencing this process. The thesis focuses on the assessment of the economic readiness of the country based on the maastricht criteria and the theory of optimal currency areas, political attitudes towards euro adoption and public opinion.
