V této bakalářské práci je shrnut přehled o funkcích a dysfunkcích bránice. Bránice jako hlavní nádechový sval nezajišťuje pouze respirační funkce, ale společně s dalšími svaly, je také součástí hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Tyto svaly společně zajišťují posturální, kardiální, gastroezofageální funkce a další. Pokud nastane omezení inervace nebo oslabení bránice, dochází ke vzniku její dysfunkce. U vybraných onemocněních, které způsobují brániční dysfunkce, jsou v práci shrnuty možnosti rehabilitace a respirační fyzioterapie.In this bachelor thesis an overview of the functions and dysfunctions of the diaphragm is presented. The diaphragm as the main inspiratory muscle does not involve only respiratory functions. Together with other muscles it is also forming deep stabilitation system, when together they provide postural functions, but also cardiac, gastroesophageal and other functions. If there is a restriction of innervation or weakening of the diaphragm, dysfunction occurs. For selected diseases that cause diaphragmatic dysfunction the options of physiotherapy intervenctions are presented.
