Bakalářská práce se zabývá neovaskularizací rohovky. V práci je popsaná anatomie rohovky, etiopatogeneze vzniku vaskularizace z pohledu jednotlivých angiogenních a antiangiogenních faktorů a očních onemocněních, u kterých je neovaskularizace součástí. Dále jsou popsány možnosti diagnostiky a léčby nejen farmakologického charakteru, ale i chirurgického. Závěr práce je věnován vlivu kontaktních čoček na vznik neovaskularizace.The Bachelor thesis deals with corneal neovascularisation. The paper describes corneal anatomy, ethiopathogenesis of vascularisation from the perspective of individual angiogenic and antiangiogenic factors, and eye diseases in which neovascularisation is a part. Furthermore, the possibilities of diagnosing and treating not only the pharmacologic nature but also the surgical nature are described. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the influence of contact lenses on the emergence of neovascularization.
