Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací cizinců k profesi sociálního pracovníka s cizinci. Je rozdělena na konceptuální a empirickou část. V konceptuální části jsou vysvětleny pojmy cizinec, sociální práce s cizinci, integrace cizinců, sociální pracovník s cizinci, motiv a motivace, které jsou následně specifikovány ve vztahu k práci obecně a dále konkrétně k sociální práci s cizinci. Výzkumná část obsahuje metodologii sběru dat, cíl a otázky výzkumu, popis výzkumného souboru, průběh a způsob zpracování dat, interpretaci dat a shrnutí výzkumu. Pro sběr dat byl použit kvalitativní výzkum metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. K interpretaci výsledků byla použita metoda otevřeného a axiálního kódování zakotvené teorie.The bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation of foreigners towards the profession of social worker with foreigners. It is divided into conceptual and empirical parts. In the conceptual part, the concepts of foreigner, social work with foreigners, integration of foreigners, social worker with foreigners, motive and motivation are explained, which are then specified in relation to work in general and then specifically to social work with foreigners. The research section includes the methodology of data collection, the research aim and questions, a description of the research population, the process and method of data processing, data interpretation and a summary of the research. Qualitative research using semi-structured interview method was used for data collection. The open and axial coding method of grounded theory was used to interpret the results.
