Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice prostředků právní ochrany, jejichž prostřednictvím se lze chránit před zásahy obecní policie. Zaměřuje se převážně na provázanost a posloupnost jednotlivých prostředků právní ochrany a jejich uplatnění v praxi. Cílem této práce je nalézt a předat ucelený přehled prostředků právní ochrany z důvodu jejich roztříštěnosti v mnoha právních předpisech. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol a značného množství podkapitol vztahujících se k danému tématu. Počátek této práce je věnován historickému vývoji právní úpravy obecní policie po roce 1989 a postavení a působnosti obecní policie v rámci zákona. Následná kapitola se již podrobněji zaměřuje na postavení strážníka obecní policie, taktéž na jeho oprávnění a povinnosti v souladu s poslední učiněnou novelou zákona a zabývá se zákonností zásahu. Poslední kapitola se věnuje podrobnému rozboru a zkoumaní prostředků právní ochrany a jejich uplatnění v praxi.This bachelor's thesis analyses the means of legal protection through which one can defend himself against interference of municipal police. It mainly aims on interconnection and succession of individual means of the legal protection and their application in practice. The regulation of the means of legal protection is fragmentated in number of legal acts. Therefore, the goal of this thesis, is to find a comprehensive overview of them and present this information to a reader. The thesis is divided into three chapters and substantial number of subchapters relating to the topic of municipal police interference and the means of protection against them. The beginning of the thesis is devoted to the presentation of the historical development of the legal regulation of the municipal police after the year of 1989, as well as the position and competence of the municipal police within the law. In the following chapter, the position of the municipal police officer is defined in detail. Moreover, this chapter defines the rights and duties of municipal police officers in accordance with the last amendment to the Municipal Police Act. It analyses the lawfulness of employed police interference as well. The last chapter is devoted to detailed analysis and research of the means of legal protection of the practice of the courts and even out-of-court practice.
