Cílem přehledové bakalářské práce bylo předložit aktuální dohledané poznatky o ošetřovatelské péči u pacientů s akutní pankreatitidou. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou podkapitol dle dílčích cílů. Třetí podkapitolu tvoří význam a limitace dohledaných poznatků. První dílčí cíl se zabývá výživou u pacientů s akutní pankreatitidou. Zde bylo zjištěno, že v akutní fázi nemoci s těžkým průběhem je nutné zavést nasojejunální nebo nasogastrickou sondu a začít s podáváním výživy v co nejkratším intervalu. U lehčího průběhu onemocnění je možné po vymizení akutních příznaků začít ihned s perorálním podáváním potravy. Druhý dílčí cíl práce se zaměřuje na podávání tekutin a monitoraci u pacientů s akutní pankreatitidou. Začínat by se mělo s intenzivním podáváním tekutin intravenózně a dle stavu pacienta poté množství tekutin snižovat. Zároveň je také důležitá monitorace fyziologických funkcí, CVP, IAP, bilance tekutin a bolesti. Předložené aktuální poznatky byly dohledány v elektronických databázích, například EBSCO, Medline.The aim of this bachelor thesis was to present relevant findings about nursing care of patients with acute pancreatitis. This work is divided into two subchapters according to partial objectives. The third subchapter constitutes the meaning and limitation of the searched findings. The first part of this work takes care of patients nutrition, that have acute pancreatitis. It has been established that in the acute phase of this illness with a severe course lies the importance to introduce nasojejunal or nasogastric tube to start feeding as soon as possible. In a less severe phase of this illness, after the disappearance of acute symptoms, it is possible to start oral feeding immediately. The second part of this bachelor thesis concentrates on fluid administration to patients with acute pancreatitis. It should initiate with intensive fluid delivery intravenously, and depending on patients condition, slowly reduce the amount of fluid given. At the same time it is also important to monitor physiological functions, CVP, IAP, fluid balance and pain. Knowledge submitted was found in electronic databases, e.g. EBSCO, Medline.
