Teoretická část práce pojednává o spolupráci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a základních škol v okrese Ústí nad Orlicí. V první kapitole je definován pojem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, v druhé pak orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a jeho činnost. Vzhledem k důležitosti škol v této interdisciplinární spolupráci je pojednáno i o významu škol ve výchově dětí. Ve čtvrté kapitole je definován pojem samotné interdisciplinární spolupráce, následně se zaměřením na případové konference. Teoretická část je zakončena modelovým případem oznamovací povinnosti, a to v souvislosti se záškoláctvím a šikanou. Následně praktická část zjišťuje názory jak kurátorů pro děti a mládež, tak zástupců základních škol na tuto spolupráci. Praktická část je tak rozdělena do dvou částí dotazníkové šetření pro základní školy a rozhovory s kurátory pro děti a mládež. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jaké nedostatky spatřují zúčastněné strany v této interdisciplinární spolupráci.The theoretical part of this work deals with the cooperation of the agency for the social and legal protection of children (ASLPC) and primary schools in district Ústí nad Orlicí. The first chapter defines the concept of social and legal protection of children, in the second chapter there is the ASLPC and its activities. According to the importace of schools in this interdisciplinary cooperation, there is a part of the importance of schools in education of children. The fourth chapter defines the concept of interdicciplinary cooperation itself, followed by focusing on case conferences. The theoretical part is completed with a model case of report duty in connection with truancy and bullying. Then the practical part finds out the views of both curators for children and youth and representatives of elementary schools on this cooperation. The practical part is divided into two parts questionaire for primary school and inteviews with the curators for children and youth. The main aim is to find out what is insufficient in the interdisciplinary cooperation for the participators.
