Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na image profese sociálních pracovníků pohledem vysokoškolských studentů souvisejících oborů. Vybráni byli studenti takových oborů, se kterými sociální pracovník může profesně spolupracovat, konkrétně obory pedagogika, právo, psychologie a medicína. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány témata image a budování image, sociální práce, atributy profese sociální práce a multidisciplinární spolupráce. Empirická část práce obsahuje image analýzu kvantitativního šetření, shrnutí výsledků a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení image sociálních pracovníků. Práce může být inspirací pro sociální pracovníky, její studenty, či učitelé, kteří na základě výsledků a doporučení mohou pomáhat vytvářet lepší image sociálních pracovníků.This master's thesis focuses on the image of social work profession from the viewpoint of university students of related fields. Students were selected of such fields, the social worker can professionally cooperate with, namely pedagogy, law, psychology and medicine. The theoretical part of the thesis describes topics of the image and the image building, social work, attributes of social work and the multidisciplinary cooperation. The empirical part of the thesis includes the image analysis of quantitative research, the summary of results and recommendations to improve the image of social workers. This thesis may be an inspiration for social workers, their students or teachers, who can help build a better image of social workers based on results and recommendations.
