Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobní asistencí v rodině s dítětem s postižením. Cílem práce bylo pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit, zdali osobní asistenti znají své hranice pomoci a jestli ano, do jaké míry je překračují. Teoretická část je věnovaná osobní asistenci, vymezení náplně práce osobního asistenta, hranicím a dalším faktorům, které pomoc a práci osobního asistenta v rodině determinují. Druhá část práce popisuje realizaci výzkumu, shrnutí výsledků a diskuzi nad tématem.The Bachelor thesis is focused on the personal assistance in a family with a handicapped child. The aim of the work is to find out whether personal assistants know the limits of their help and if yes how much they go beyond them. The qualitative research was implemented. The theoretical part is focused on personal assistance, defining work of a personal assistant, its limits and other factors, which determine help and work of a personal assistant in a family. In the second part of the work the research is put into practise, there is also the summary of the results and discussion of the topic.
