V bakalářské práci je v teoretické části stručný popis vzniku nádorů, vysvětlení pojmu kancerogeneze, dělení nádorů, popis nádorového růstu a průniku nádorů do vzdálenějších míst od primárního ložiska. Pojednává o diagnostice a léčbě, kam patří chirurgické výkony, radioterapie, chemoterapie, biologická léčba, podpůrná a paliativní léčba. V rehabilitační části jsou podle příznaků a poruch rozděleny postupy a metody rehabilitace. Ty jsou pak stručně popsány. Součástí práce je i kazuistika pacienta vztahující se k dané problematice.In the theoretical part, there is a short description of the tumor formation, the explanation of the concept of cancerogenesis, the distribution of tumors, tumor growth and the penetration to tissues surrounding the tumor focus. The thesis deals with diagnostics and treatment that includes surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, biological therapy, supportive and palliative treatment. The rehabilitation procedures and methods are divided according to symptoms and disorders and briefly described. The thesis also contains a patient case report related to the brain tumor rehabilitation.
