Závěrečná práce je věnována problematice výchovy talentované mládeže v systému Tréninkových středisek mládeže v gesci Českého tenisového svazu. Cílem práce bylo zpracovat, utřídit a analyzovat informace o činnosti TSM a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stavu použitelná v praxi. Pozornost je věnována zejména struktuře podpory talentované mládeže ze strany ČTS, způsobu realizace tréninkového procesu v jednom z tréninkových středisek v porovnání s doporučenými postupy a herní analýzou některých jeho členů a možnostem další podpory tenisového růstu absolventů TSM.My final (bachelor) work is devoted to the issue of education of talented youth in the system of training centers, which is under the responsibility of Czech tennis association. The aim of the work was to compile, organize and analyze information about activity of TSM and to draw up some precaution leading to improvement, which can be applicable in practice. The attention is devoted mainly to the structure of supporting talented youth by the Czech tennis association, then to the way of implementing the training process in a selected training centre in comparison with the recommended procedures and game analysis of some of its members and possibilities of further support of the growth of graduates tennis of TSM.
