Identifikace manažerských kompetencí v oblasti leadershipu [rukopis] / Olga Denemarková. -- 2011. -- 75 s. -- Ved. práce Jiří Grenar. -- Abstract: Cílem této diplomové magisterské práce je identifikace manažerských kompetencí v oblasti leadershipu pro pozici vrcholového manažera zahraničního výrobního podniku a následná tvorba kompetenčního modelu. Nástrojem k dosažení cíle práce je teoretické vymezení rozdílu mezi managementem a leadershipem, což slouží jako podklad pro identifikaci kompetencí leadershipu. Následně práce obsahuje analýzu interních dokumentů poskytnutých společností Norgren a vyhodnocení vhodnosti kompetencí. Na základě výstupů provedené analýzy a porovnání je vytvořen vhodný kompetenční model pro cílovou skupinu top manažerů.. -- Abstract: This diploma thesis deals with the identification of managerial competence in the leadership position of senior manager for foreign manufacturing company and the subsequent creation of a competency model. The tool to achieve the goals of this work is a theoretical definition of the distinction between management and leadership, which serves as a basis for identifying leadership competencies. Next the work includes analysis of internal documents produced by Norgren and assesses the appropriateness of competence. Based on the outcomes of the analysis and comparison is created competency model for the target group of top managers.
