Dále jsou vysvětleny možnosti využití státní finanční podpory včetně produktů státního fondu rozvoje bydlení a daňových dopadů. Předmětem praktické části diplomové práce je průzkum mezi studenty vysokých škol včetně jeho vyhodnocení.. -- Abstract: The subject of the theoretical part of my Diploma Thesis is the characteristics of the market, loan products and Mortgages - their usage and the ruleas for approving a Contract for a client. Furthermore there is an explanation of the State Financial Support including the tools of the State Housing Development Fund and the impact on taxes. The subjet of the practical part of my Diploma Thesis is the research among the University students and the evaluation of this research.
