(185 067 znaků) : tab. + 1 CD ROM. -- Oponent Daniel Bína. -- Ved. práce Iveta Jansová. -- Abstract: Tématem této magisterské diplomové práce je vnímání rovného postavení mužů a žen v naší společnosti, a to pohledem vybraných jedinců v konkrétním regionu. Práce se zaměří na aspekty genderové nerovnosti, včetně stereotypních představ genderové reprezentace ve společnosti. Rovněž bude představeno historické postavení žen, neboť to je téma blízce související právě s genderovou nerovností. Zjištěné poznatky budou implementovány do výzkumných otázek, které během experimentu budou sloužit k zjištění poznatků o tom, jak si lidé z Podkrkonoší všímají (ne)rovnosti ve svém okolí. Výsledná data mohou tak poukázat na to, jak některé genderové stereotypy, a tedy i nerovnost mužů a žen, vnímají vybraní respondenti z konkrétního kraje.. -- Abstract: The topic of the master thesis is the perception of the equal status of men and women in our society from the perspective of selected individuals in a particular region. The paper focuses on aspects of gender inequality including stereotypical ideas of gender representation in society. The historical status of women is also presented here because this is a topic that is closely related to gender inequality. The results are applied to the research questions which are used during the experiment to determine awareness of (un)equality in the society of Podkrkonoší Area. The presented research indicates how some gender stereotypes as well as inequality between men and women is perceived by selected respondents from a particular region.
