Práce se zabývá otázkami určování a popírání otcovství. Souladu složek otcovství, nejlepšího zájmu dítěte a styk putativního otce s ním samým. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, které jsou vnitřně členěny na menší logické díly. V úvodu vymezuji základní pojmy související s rodičovstvím a dětmi. Následuje samostatná kapitola, která se věnuje otcovství a jeho složkám. Hlavní oblastí práce je ale určování a popírání otcovství se zaměřením na putativního otce. Práce rovněž přináší nejdůležitější judikaturu v oblasti, která determinuje jeho práva vůči svému biologickému dítěti.. -- Abstract: Thesis on the topic of Biological father is focused on the topic of the putative father in the area of demanding his rights to be a parent. The thesis is working with questions of determination and denying of fatherhood. Harmony of a component of fatherhood, the best interest of the child a contact putative father with the child. The thesis is split into five chapters which are internally divided into smaller logical parts. In the beginning, is circumscribed elementary term which are in common with parenthood and children. After that follows chapter which is dedicated to fatherhood and its components. The main area of the thesis determination and denying of fatherhood with a focus on the putative father. The thesis also presents the most important judicial decisions in the area which determinates his rights towards his biological child.
