Aplikace modelu Urban Planner v Česku [rukopis] / Markéta Stachová. -- 2018. -- 104 s. : tab. + 1 mapa, 1 DVD. -- Oponent Vilém Pechanec. -- Ved. práce Jaroslav Burian. -- Abstract: Diplomovou práci "Aplikace modelu Urban Planner v Česku" lze rozdělit na tři samostatné části, teoretickou a dvě praktické, které spolu úzce souvisejí. Teoretický úsek je zaměřen na seznámení se s různými modely prostorového plánování, na které lze při řešení této problematiky narazit a mnohdy jsou užitečnými pomocníky v procesu rozhodování při plánování území. Této části předcházelo studium dostupné literatury a akademických prací. Výstupem pak jsou přehledové karty k jednotlivým modelům. Nesměl být opomenut ani model Urban Planner, kterému je věnována samostatná kapitola. Model Urban Planner je analytická nadstavba programu ArcGIS for Desktop, určená pro výpočet územního potenciálu v území. Model Urban Planner byl vyvinut na Katedře geoinformatiky Přírodovědecké fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci. Na Katedře geoinformatiky jsou v rámci několika diplomových či bakalářských prací testovány funkcionality modelu v různém rozsahu. Kapitola věnovaná tomuto modelu tak vytváří jakýsi přechodný můstek k praktické části zaměřené na testování tohoto modelu na reálných datech. Testování v rámci této diplomové práce probíhalo z několika hledisek. Jako první proběhlo vyhodnocení důležitosti jednotlivých vstupních faktorů, které vstupují do výpočtu územního potenciálu ekonomického, sociálního a ekologického pilíře. Dále byla testována citlivost na výstupní rozlišení rastrů územního potenciálu. Poslední část testování byla zaměřena na citlivost vstupních dat z různých datových zdrojů, respektive dat s různou mírou generalizace. Ke každému testování byla vytvořena řada srovnávacích karet s vizuálním a statistickým srovnáním mezi původním, neupravovaným rastrem a rastrem upraveným (bez testovaného faktoru, jiné výstupní rozlišení rastrů a další). Druhá praktická část byla zaměřena na samotnou aplikaci modelu na území většího rozsahu, v našem případě České republiky (ČR). Nejprve proběhl sběr dostupných dat pro celou ČR a následně byl vypočítán územní potenciál pro rozvoj v kategorii Bydlení v rozsahu tohoto území.. -- Abstract: The thesis "Application of the Urban Planner in the Czech Republic" can be divided into three separate parts, one theoretical and two practical, which are closely related. The theoretical section is focused on familiarizing with various spatial planning models that can be encountered when dealing with this issue and are often useful helpers in decision-making in planning the area. This section was preceded by the study of available literature and academic papers. Outputs are the overview cards for individual models. The Urban Planner model, which is devoted to a separate chapter, should not be omitted. Urban Planner is an analytical extension of ArcGIS for Desktop designed to calculate the land suitability in the territory. The Urban Planner was developed at the Department of Geoinformatics of the Faculty of Science, Palacky University in Olomouc. At the Department of Geoinformatics, the functionality of the model is tested in various degrees in several diploma and bachelor theses. The chapter devoted to this model thus creates a sort of transient bridge to the practical part aimed at testing this model on real data. Testing in this diploma thesis proceeded from several points of view. The first was the assessment of the importance of the individual input factors that are input into the calculation of the land suitability of the economic, social and ecological pillar. In addition, the sensitivity to the output resolution of the land suitability raster was tested. The last part of the testing was focused on the sensitivity of the input data from different data sources and data with different levels of generalization. For each test, a series of comparison cards were created with a visual and statistical comparison between the original, unmodified raster and the raster modified (no test factor, other raster output resolution, etc.). The second practical part was focused on the application of the model on a larger scale, in our case the Czech Republic (Czech Republic). First, the collection of available data for the whole Czech Republic was carried out and the land suitability in the Housing category within this area was then calculated.
