Shrnuje současné poznatky o incidenci, rizikových faktorech a statistických údajích. Předkládá aktuální informace o managementu konce pánevního v České republice i v zahraničí. Zdůrazňuje důležitost stanovení vhodné strategie vedení porodu v souvislosti s minimalizací perinatální i novorozenecké morbidity a mortality. Zmiňuje i mateřskou morbiditu a mortalitu. Součástí bakalářské práce je i role porodní asistentky v péči o ženu s plodem naléhajícím koncem pánevním. Studie byly dohledány v databázích PUBMED, MEDVIK a PRQUEST. Použity byly články převážně ze zahraničních, ale také i z českých periodik.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis is focused on fetal breech presentation problemacy. It summarizes the current knoweledge of the incidence, the high risk factors and the statistics. It comes with the present information about management of breech presentation issues in both Czech Republic and abroad. It emphasizes the importance of determining the proper strategy of breech presentation labour in order to minimalize the perinatal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. It touches the maternal morbidity and mortality issue as well. The topic of a midwife's role and her / his care after women in breech presenatation labor is also part of this bachelor thesis. The studies and surveys were found in databases PUBMED, MEDVIK and PRQUEST. The articles were used mainly from specialized foreign press but also from Czech sources.
