Obecná část je věnována vymezení pojmů a základním anatomicko-kineziologickým poznámkám, které jsou pro orientaci v dané problematice stěžejní. Popsány jsou klinické projevy syndromu v kontrastu s ostatními bolestmi hlavy, jež by neměly být v rámci diferenciální diagnostiky opomenuty. Speciální část se zaměřuje na diagnostiku cervikogenních bolestí hlavy, objektivní klinická vyšetření a následnou terapii tohoto syndromu, včetně režimových opatření. Součástí je také uvedení dostupných dotazníkových metod subjektivně hodnotících bolest prožívanou pacientem a disabilitu provázející onemocnění. Práce je doplněna kazuistikou pacientky s cervikokraniálním syndromem.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with the issue of cervicogenic headaches. The general part of the thesis defines the terms and presents basic anatomical and kinesiological notions essential to understand the area. Clinical manifestations of the syndrome are compared to other types of headaches that should not be neglected during the differential diagnosis. The special part of the thesis focuses on diagnosing the cervicogenic headache, on objective clinical assessments and subsequent therapeutic approach to the syndrome, including lifestyle changes. Included is a presentation of available questionnaires that let the patients subjectively rate the pain and the disability accompanying the disease. The thesis is supplemented with a case study of a female patient with cervicocranial syndrome.
