Jejím cílem je určení, zda přes absenci výslovné právní úpravy nalezneme řešení případných majetkoprávních sporů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první jsou řešeny majetkoprávní otázky snoubenců. Tato část se zabývá tím, zda může některý ze snoubenců žádat vrácení darů či náhradu újmy z důvodu zrušení zasnoubení. V druhé části jsou pak řešeny majetkoprávní otázky snoubenců a třetích osob. Tato část popisuje, zda se může stejného domáhat třetí osoba vůči snoubenci, popř. snoubenec vůči třetí osobě.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with legal implications of an engagement. The objective of this thesis is to state whether despite absence of explicit legislation is possible to find resolution of eventually disputes about property of betrothal. The thesis consists of two main parts. First is about disputes between betrothed. Describes possible claims of betrothed for recovery damages or returned gifts. The second deals with disputes between betrodhed and other persons. This part describes possible claims of betrothed for recovery damages or returned gifts against other persons or same claims of other persons againts betrothed.
