V textu je jak popis samotného díla, tak proces jeho výroby od prvotních skic k výsledné soše, včetně způsobu výpalu. Uvádím zde také několik autorů, jenž mě inspirovali. V závěru práce naleznete popis edukačního projektu, který jsem realizovala s dětmi MŠ Jeřabinka Kopřivnice, a který si kladl za cíl rozvíjet dětskou představivost a nastavit kladný vztah k práci.. -- Abstract: This thesis serves as an accompanying text for the author's artwork, i.e., the ceramic sculpture depicting human hands during work. The thesis describes the artwork as such and the process of creating the sculpture starting from the primary sketches, including the firing type. Furthermore, several authors who served as an inspiration are cited as well. In the final part of the thesis is a description of an educational project that was realized with the children attending the kindergarten Jeřabinka in Kopřivnice. This project was aiming at the development of their imagination and creation of positive attitude of children towards work.
