Cílem je zjistit, jaké interakční styly trenéři uplatňují ve svých tréninkových jednotkách. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 6 trenérů a 45 svěřenců z Olomouce a Prostějova. Pomocí QTI dotazníku bylo u zvoleného vzorku zjišťováno, jaké interakční styly trenéři uplatňují během tréninků a jaký je ideální interakční styl trenéra. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění, že trenéři z vlastního pohledu uplatňují podobný interakční styl.. -- Abstract: This diploma thesis is focused on the research of interacting styles of volleyball coaches. The main purpose of the work is to find out the different types of interacting styles used by coaches in their training units. In the research were participating 6 coaches and 45 players from Olomouc and Prostějov. Through the QTI questionnaires were investigated different types of styles used during the trainings and the ideal interacting styles of coaches. The result of this work is the statement, that coaches are using similar interacting style from their point of view.
