(118 248 znaků) : grafy + 1 CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Marek Kolařík. -- Oponent Jan Šmahaj. -- Abstract: Cílem diplomové práce bylo porovnat jednotlivé generace v řešení konfliktů v partnerských vztazích. V teoretické části byl věnován prostor vymezení problematiky okolo partnerského vztahu, jeho vzniku, průběhu a případném konci. Dále byl rozebrán vývoj jedince z důrazem na změny v jednotlivých generacích. Závěrem se teoretická část věnovala konfliktům ve vztazích a také zdravou a efektivní komunikací. Praktická část si kladla za cíl porovnat dané generace ve stylech řešení (n=185). Pro účel měření byl ad hoc vytvořen dotazník. Ukázalo se, že mezi generacemi existuje signifikantní rozdíl v používaných stylech. Tento rozdíl byl potvrzen napříč všemi měřenými oblastmi. Signifikantní rozdíl byl nalezen mezi muži a ženami v rámci skupiny adolescence. Jiný rozdíl mezi pohlavími nalezen nebyl.. -- Abstract: The aim of diploma thesis was to compare each generations in the matter of conflict solving skills regarding intimate relationships. In theoretical part of this thesis, the whole concept of a relationship was analyzed, how it begins, then the course of it and lastly, the possible termination of a relationship. Further, there was dealing with development of an individual, particularly focused on the changes and differences in each generations. Final section of theoretical part was dedicated especially to conflicts which takes place in relationships and also to healthy and effective communication. The aim of the practical part was to compare generations in resolution styles (n=185). For this purpose, the ad hoc questionnaire was created. It turned out that there is a significant difference between generations in styles used. This difference was confirmed across all measured areas. A significant difference was found between men and women within the adolescence group. Another difference between the sexes was not found.
