Život s atopickým ekzémem z pohledu dospělých osob s touto diagnózou [rukopis] / Barbara Valíková. -- 2016. -- 105 : tab. + 2 CD. -- Ved. práce Martin Lečbych. -- Oponent Kristýna Hosáková. -- Abstract: V této práci se snažíme porozumět zkušenosti osob s diagnózou atopický ekzém z hlediska role tohoto symptomu v jejich životě, strategií zvládání a jejich představ o faktorech, které manifestaci tohoto symptomu ovlivňují, zmapovat, zdali tyto osoby využívají psychologické pomoci, a zjistit, jak na onemocnění nahlížejí partneři osob s atopickým ekzémem.Protože chceme zachytit úplný a bohatý popis zkušenosti účastníků výzkumu se zkoumaným jevem s cílem vytvořit novou teorii, volíme kvalitativní metodu zakotvené teorie. Docházíme k závěrům, že role atopického ekzému v životě respondentů v dimenzi priorita sekundárnost a přítomnost či nepřítomnost vhledu do procesu vzniku, rozvoje či vymizení daného onemocnění, formuje způsob, jakým jedinec reaguje na zkušenost s atopickým ekzémem a jaké strategie přitom využívá. Do tohoto procesu zasahují také další intervenující podmínky, které mají vliv na volbu strategií zvládání a následně pak na míru kontroly daného onemocnění. Některé osoby s nízkou mírou kontroly nad onemocněním zvažují využití psychologické pomoci.. -- Abstract: In this study we try to understand the experience of people diagnosed with atopic eczema in terms of the role of this symptom in their life, coping strategies and their ideas about factors that manifestation of this symptom influence mapping, whether they can benefit from psychological support, and learn how to illness consult partners of people with atopic eczema. Because we want to capture the full and rich description of the experience of participating in the survey explored the phenomenon in order to create a new theory, we choose the qualitative method of grounded theory. We can conclude that the role of atopic eczema in the lives of the respondents in the dimension priority - secondariness and the presence or absence of insight into the process of the formation, development or disappearance of the disease, shapes the way an individual reacts to the experience of atopic eczema and what strategies they used yet. This process spreads to other intervening conditions, which affect the choice of coping strategies and subsequently the amount of control of the disease. Some people with low levels of control over the disease are considering the use of psychological help.
