Ayahuascové obřady - motivace a efekty [rukopis] / Šárka Vosáhlová. -- 2015. -- 70 : grafy, tab. + 1 CD. -- Ved. práce Martin Kupka. -- Oponent Olga Pechová. -- Abstract: Výzkumným problémem této práce je první zkušenost s ayahuascou, jihoamerickým halucinogenním nápojem. Cílem našeho výzkumu bylo popsat: motivaci účastníků, kteří se rozhodnou poprvé navštívit ayahuascový obřad; průběh ayahuascového obřadu; krátkodobé a dlouhodobé efekty ayahuascové zkušenosti na rovině fyzické, psychické, vztahové a duchovní; pomocí relevantních výzkumných metod osobnost účastníků, zda u nich dochází ke změnám ve vztahu k sobě, ke smrti a v jejich schopnosti zacházet se sebou a se světem. Jedná se o kvantitativně-kvalitativní výzkum, který kombinuje metodu polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s dotazníkovým šetřením. Výzkumný soubor byl vybrán na základě samovýběru a tvořilo ho 15 účastníků. Mezi nejčastěji zmiňované motivy k účasti na první ayahuascové ceremonii patří: sebepoznání a sebezkušenost a duchovní vývoj. Krátkodobé i dlouhodobé změny byly pozorovány na všech úrovních tělesné, psychické, vztahové i spirituální a v naprosté většině se jednalo o změny pozitivní. Z výsledků kvantitativní části vyplývá, že lidé, kteří se rozhodnou poprvé užít halucinogenní nápoj ayahuasca, skórují výše ve faktoru Otevřenost vůči zkušenosti v NEO-FFI než populační vzorek.. -- Abstract: The research problem of this work is the first experience with Ayahuasca, a South American hallucinogenic tea. The aim of our research is to describe: the motivation of participants who decided to visit the ayahuasca ceremony for the first time; the form of the ceremony; the short and long term effects of Ayahuasca experience at the physical level, the mental level, the level of relationships and the spiritual level; the personality of the participants by using relevant research methods and whether they experienced changes in relation to themselves and to death and in their ability to deal with themselves and with the world. It is a quantitative-qualitative research that combines semi-structured interview with a survey using a questionnaire method. The research sample was selected on the basis of self-selection and consisted of 15 participants. The most frequently mentioned motives to attend the first Ayahuasca ceremony include: self-knowledge and self-experience and spiritual development. The short and long term changes were observed at all levels - the physical level, the mental level, the level of relationships and the spiritual level, and in the vast majority they were positive. The results of the quantitative part show that people who decided to take the hallucinogenic tea, Ayahuasca, for the first time had a higher score in the factor of Openness to experience in the NEO-FFI than population sample.
