V první části jsou uvedené geologické objekty, které jsou zkoumány. Druhá část je zaměřena na metody atomové spektrometrie, jejich princip a popis instrumentace. V třetí části jsou uvedené praktické příklady využití těchto metod v analýze geologických materiálů.. -- Abstract: This thesis is background research and is focused on methods of atomic spectrometry and their usage in the analysis of geological materials. The first part lists geological objects which are commonly analysed. The second part focuses on the methods of atomic spectrometry, their principles and description of the instruments. In the third part practical examples of the use of these methods in the analysis of geological materials are described.
