Pohled do zvolených nástrojů v prostředí municipální působnosti objasní způsob, jak oblast dotační subvence tělocvičných aktivit řeší představitelé téměř padesátitisícového města. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky, objasňuje pojmy z oboru tělesné kultury. Druhá část vymezuje problematiku nastavených pravidel pro poskytování finančních příspěvků. Pracuje s výsledky analýz, rozebírá poznatky o rozdělování podpor z veřejných prostředků města. Získaná srovnání a vyhodnocení mohou v kontextu vnitřní kultury municipality posloužit jako podklad k utříbení a zpřesnění informací vůči žadatelům finančních transferů nejen v oblasti sportu a rekreace.. -- Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to analyze the subsidy policy of the town Prostějov in sport and recreation for the selected period. Looking to the selected tools in the municipal will illustrate the way of the area grant subsidies physical activities addressed to the representatives of nearly fifty thousand inhabitants. The first part contains theoretical knowledge and explains the concepts of physical culture. The second part defines the issues set of rules for financial contributions. The thesis works with analysis results and also analyzes findings on the distribution of public aid centre. The resulting comparison and evaluation can in the context of the internal culture of municipalities serve as a basis for selection and more accurate information to applicants of financial transfers not only in sport and recreation.
