(120 630 znaků) : grafy, tab. + 2 CD ROM. -- Oponent Jan Galuszka. -- Ved. práce Hana Ševčíková. -- Abstract: Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat prostřednictvím metod deskriptivní statistiky benefity radiálního přístupu u perkutánní koronární intervence u pacientů s diagnostikovanou ischemickou chorobou srdeční. Dílčí cíle zaměřené na problematiku bolesti, strachu, úzkosti mapují vliv těchto faktorů na volbu radiálního přístupu. Informace získané základě dvou nestandardizovaných dotazníků byly statisticky zpracovány a porovnány s výsledky přehledových článků a studií uvedených v teoretické části práce. Dotazníky byly určeny pro pacienty a všeobecné sestry v nemocnicích na Moravě a ve Slezsku. Výsledky průzkumu u 102 respondentů pacientů a 60 respondentů všeobecných sester se shodují s doposud publikovanými výsledky českých i zahraničních studií a přehledových článků.. -- Abstract: The aim of thesis was to describe benefits of radial approach for percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with ischemic heart disease using the methods of descriptive statistics. Sub-objectives focused on problematics of pain, fear, anxiety describes the influence of these factors on the choice of the radial approach. Information obtained via two non-standardized questionnaires were statistically analyzed and compared with the results of review articles and studies mentioned in the theoretical part. The questionnaires were designed for patients and nurses in hospitals in Moravia and Silesia. 102 patients and 60 nurses surveyed agree with previously published results of Czech and foreign studies and review articles.
