První kapitola se zabývá teorií konfliktu, druhá kapitola se soustřeďuje na politicko-geografickou charakteristiku Afghánistánu. Následuje charakteristika historických souvislostí včetně situace v Afghánistánu v době konfliktu mezi Východem a Západem. Pátá kapitola se zabývá občanskou válkou a následnou vládou Tálibánu. Závěrečná kapitola se zaměřuje na charakteristiku současný vývoje v Afghánistánu.. -- Abstract: The goal of this bachelor thesis is the characteristic of the conflict in Afghanistan and its connections. The first chapter deals with the conflict theory, the second chapter aims at the political and geographic features of Afghanistan. The following chapters deals with the historical connections including the situation in Afghanistan during the conflict between East and West. The fifth chapters aims at the civil war and also the Taliban rule. The last chapter deals with the characteristic of the current development in Afghanistan.
