Srovnání exekutivních a mnestických funkcí zdravé populace seniorů a mladých dospělých [rukopis] / Alžběta Müllerová. -- 2013. -- 66s. (114233 znaků). -- Ved. práce Radko Obereignerů. -- Abstract: Práce je zaměřena na zkoumání souvislostí exekutivních a kognitivních funkcí u mladých dospělých a zdravých seniorů. Teoretická část se zabývá neuroanatomií mozkových laloků, především frontálních laloků a prefrontální kůře. Je zde věnována kapitola o paměti, která s exekutivními funkcemi úzce souvisí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá exekutivními funkcemi, jejich zařazením, jejich složkám a srovnáním s kognitivními funkcemi. Závěr teoretické části je věnován vývojovému hledisku exekutivních funkcí u mladých dospělých a seniorů. Cílem práce bylo porovnat výsledky kognitivních metod, především ukazatelů mnestických funkcí, a Testu Hanojské věže mezi mladými dospělými a zdravými seniory nad 65 let. Pro uskutečnění tohoto záměru byl sestaven výzkumný soubor tvořený 113 mladými dospělými a 91 zdravými seniory, kteří byli vybráni pomocí metody příležitostného výběru. Ve výzkumné části jsou prezentovány výsledky zpracování a analýzy získaných dat z Rey-Osterriethovy komplexní figury (ROCF), Krátkého testu všeobecné inteligence (KAI) a testu Hanojské věže (ToH). U těchto testů byl zjištěn statisticky významný rozdíl mezi skupinou mladých dospělých a skupinou zdravých seniorů. Vztah mezi pamětí a celkovým skóre ToH nebyl prokázán. Práce byla součástí grantové výzvy (grant č. FF_2011_14) s názvem Test Hanojské věže a nové normy pro efektivní diagnostiku exekutivních funkcí.. -- Abstract: The thesis is focused on exploring the connection between executive and cognitive functions in young adults and health seniors. The theoretical part deals with the neuroanatomy of brain lobes, particularly the frontal lobes and prefrontal cortex. There is a chapter about memory, closely related to executive functions. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with executive functions, their classification, their components and comparsions with cognitive functions. Conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the developmental aspect of executive functions in young adults and seniors. The main aim of the study was to compare the results of cognitive methods, especially indicators of memory functions and Tower of Hanoi Test among young adults and health seniors. To execute this intention was assembled a research sample consisting of 113 young adults and 91 healthy seniors who were recruited by opportunistic choice. In a research part there are presented results of data processing and analyzes from Rey-Osterrieth complex figure (ROCF), Short Test of General Inteligence (KAI) and Tower of Hanoi Test (ToH). In these tests, a statistically significant difference between a group of young adults and group of healthy seniors has been found. The relationship between memory and overall score in the Tower of Hanoi Test wasn?t proved.
