V praktické části je vypracována situační analýza regionu, SWOT a zhodnocen potenciál cestovního ruchu Holešovska. Jsou vedeny vý-sledky empirického šetření zaměření na hodnocení turistického potenciálu včetně ná-vštěvnosti kulturních památek a atraktivit.. -- Abstract: Abstract The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic terms necessary for the study of tourism and tourist destinations. The practical part analyzes the region's tourism potential using the SWOT analysis method. In the third part results of a quantitative research evaluating the tourism potential of the region, including historical sights attendance, are presented.
