(109 236 znaků) : tab. -- Oponent Jakub Doležel. -- Ved. práce Petr Kolařík. -- Abstract: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem pracovníků Charity s ohledem na osvojení organizační kultury Charity. V teoretické části práce se věnuji organizaci Charita, charakterizuji organizační kulturu a adaptační proces nových zaměstnanců. Ve výzkumné části se věnuji metodologii výzkumu a analýze dokumentů vybraných Charit a analýze rozhovorů s pracovníky. Cílem diplomové práce je odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jak probíhá adaptační proces pracovníků s ohledem na osvojení kultury Charity. Pro řešení této výzkumné otázky jsem zvolila kvalitativní výzkum pomocí případové studie tří Charit ACHO. V závěru práce shrnuji výsledky výzkumu, uvádím odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a navrhuji možnosti využití získaných poznatků.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with the adaptation process of Charita workers with regard to the adoption of organizational culture Charita. The theoretical part is devoted to the organization Charita, qualifying the organizational culture and the adaptation process of new employees. The research part is devoted to the methodology research and analysis of documents selected by charities and analysis of interviews with workers. The aim of the thesis is to answer the main research question: What is the process of the adaptation of workers with regard to the acquisition of culture Charita. To address the research questions I've chosen a qualitative research using case studies of three charities ACHO. In the conclusion I summarize the results of research, I will answer the main research question and suggest the possibility of using findings.
