Práce má za cíl představit čtenáři organizaci AIESEC, její fungování a hlavně nastínit vypořádání se s jendím z největších problémů, kterým je v současné době nevhodně nastavená struktura nepodporující marketingovou komunikaci.. -- Abstract: Main focus of the thesis is oriented on the question concerning the international student organization AIESEC. The objective is to present the reader the organization, its mode of functionning and mainly come up with possible solutions of one of the biggest issues nowadays which is the unclear organizational structure which is not completely supporting the marketing and public relations sectors of the organization.
